We use UPS as our preferred shipper. Some smaller items may be shipped USPO. All orders will be shipped UPS ground 1-5 business days. Unless other arrangements are made. If you need your order faster than standard delivery Express delivery is also available for an added cost.
All shipping cost quoted by the shopping cart are estimates. Due to the many different products that Haunted Fog carries there is no way for the shopping cart to know what size box your order is going to ship in. The shipping charges that you will see on your order are just the carts estimate of shipping by the weight of the products ordered. We try to ship in the smallest box possible while still protecting your order from the hazards of shipping.
International Orders: Haunted Fog only ships to the USA & Canada at this time. Haunted Fog reserves the right not to complete any order where we cannot verify the billing information provided by customer.
Canadian orders: Canadian orders are shipping UPS Standard international ground unless customer chooses a faster delivery option. Customer is responsible for all import and duty fees that might be incurred. Shipping times are for the U.S. only. Shipping time to Canada depends on time held in customs.
In stock items shipped within 24 hours of order.
Express delivery orders : must be placed by 12:00 p.m. EST or the order will be shipped the following day. Haunted fog is not responsible for late deliveries by Fed-Ex. Fed-Ex does not count the day you ship the package as one of the days on the Express shipping options. Please see shipping tables below.
Fed-Ex will send you a confirmation e-mail with your tracking number. Please allow 24 hrs to receive this e-mail.
Fed-Ex will NOT deliver to a PO box.
APO / FPO : Will be shipped out by the United States Post Office. Insurance and Delivery Confirmation is required and will be added to the cost of shipping.
Claims: The carrier is liable for damaged or lost packages while in transit. Please note any damage to package when it first arrives. Claims must be filed directly with the carrier.
Refused orders: Orders that are refused by the customer and returned to Haunted Fog will be accessed a 25% restocking fee. Shipping is non refundable.
Defective Claims: All defective claims while rare will be handled by the manufacture of your product. Haunted Fog realizes the importance of having your items for Halloween and will do everything possible to make sure you have a working product for your Halloween event.
RETURNS
Returns: Unauthorized returns will be refused; Please call (727) 494-7280 or E-mail HauntedFog@Tampabay.rr.com to get a return RA# before shipping any products back.
All Returns without an RA# will be refused.
All returned items must be in unused resalable condition, with all packaging and printed material with no damage to any box or printed material.
Lights bulbs are not covered under warranty conditions.
Returns/Exchanges must be made within 3 days of receipt of your delivery.
No Refunds/Exchanges on orders placed after OCT. 15th.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Return shipping cost are the responsibility of the customer. Please include a copy of your sales receipt.
Restocking Fee: There is a 25% restocking fee on all non defective returns.
Non Returnable Items: Masks, Items that have been used, Book's, CD's, DVD's, Plates, Napkins, Cups, Fangs, Special Orders, Sales Items.

For FedEx Ground, a business day does not include Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.
Example: You ship a package on Monday that takes 2 business days to arrive. You do not count the day you ship as a business day, so your package would arrive on Wednesday, the second business day after the ship date. The map above is a general representation of transit times for the USA (These transit times are not guaranteed).
1. Free shipping is only available to the lower 48 states.
2. Free shipping will be either UPS, FedEx or US mail.
3. In the event that an item that was shipped for free is returned, the original shipping cost will be deducted from any refunds.
